The Situation Youll lead a 15-person software team working on complex C++ systems in RF and wireless communications. The engineers are strong. The challenge is structure, clarity, and consistent delivery within a global organisation. This role exists to fix that. What Youll Own You wont be judged on code. Youll be judged on whether the team: Delivers consistently Operates with clarity Works effectively across an international structure Your focus: Bring structure and organisation to the team Support engineers from graduate to architect Remove friction with stakeholders across Europe Create an environment where engineers perform at their best What This Role Is Not If you want to code this isnt your role.
