We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our management team that will be responsible for the provision of operational and day-to-day management of the Administration Team within the North Wales Adolescent Service.
The Administration Manager will lead and manage a team of administration staff to support the delivery of an effective administration function within these services.
The post holder will support Service Managers and Operational Managers in the achievement of key operational and strategic objectives for Children's Services, supporting the IHC in meeting standards and improving access to the service to achieve targets.
This will involve supporting the Assistant Operations Manager with reporting, monitoring compliance against standards, identifying problem areas and working with the operational management team, Clinical Lead and Service Leads to resolve issues and ensure a coordinated approach to service delivery.
Main Duties of the Job
Working as part of the NWAS Administration & Clerical team, the post holder will contribute to and assist in annual planning. They will lead in monitoring and support the Assistant Operations Manager – NWAS Lead with the delivery of BCUHB and national agenda’s and standards that the service must comply with. They will identify potential opportunities for improvement and best practice and provide advice to managers and other staff throughout the North Wales Adolescent Service.
The post holder will take the lead on monitoring compliance against service requirements, agreed performance targets and improvement plans, ensuring completion of tasks to agreed timescales.
The post holder will also undertake and/or provide support to improvement projects by contributing to project plans, researching, monitoring and reporting progress, identifying solutions, escalating risks and issues. Smaller projects will be planned, managed and delivered by the post holder.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

* Educated to degree level or equivalent experience

* Production of high‑quality reports and data that are suitable for staff at all levels in easy‑to‑read formats
* Proven ability to analyse and appropriately present information so that it is easy to understand
