* Clear structure and strategy – Corporates, OMBs, Private Equity, Banking – looking to join a corporate law team recognised as leading.
* Range of work from entrepreneurs to national and international corporate work.
The Person:
* Genuine expert in the field (M & A, private equity, restructuring).
* Awareness of clients' commercial imperatives and able to tailor advice accordingly.
* Anticipates legal needs of clients and acts accordingly.
* Can draft complex, bespoke, or unprecedented documentation.
* Knowledgeable on document requirements for various matters.
* Comprehensive understanding of most aspects of matters with sound tactical awareness.
* Capable of supervising a team in preparing documentation.
* A safe pair of hands, able to deliver technical legal work to clients and provide excellent service without supervision.
