Reception Supervisor Location: Central London Rate: £15-£16 per hour (DOE) A well-established GP practice in central London is seeking an experienced Reception Supervisor to lead and support a busy front-of-house team. In this key role, you will oversee the daily running of the reception area, ensuring a smooth, professional service for patients and visitors. You will manage and motivate the team, maintain high standards of patient care, and work closely with management to implement practice policies and improve operational efficiency. Key responsibilities: Supervise and support the reception team, ensuring daily operations run efficiently. Manage appointment systems, patient queries, and administrative processes. Oversee staff rotas, training, and performance. Ensure compliance with practice protocols, confidentiality standards, and NHS requirements. Collaborate with clinical and management teams to improve patient experience. Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience in a GP practice using EMIS or SystmOne. Previous supervisory or management experience. Diploma/NVQ level qualification desirable. Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills. Excellent standard of written and spoken English.
