 
        
        We are looking for two dynamic individuals to join the Outpatient Coordinators team based within the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust.
Responsibilities
Duties will include: appointment bookings within current waiting times, cancellation of clinics, arranging additional clinics, dealing with queries from internal and external contacts by phone and e-mail, and providing an efficient and effective administration service. The role also involves operating within clearly defined policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines, supporting the achievement of outpatient waiting time targets, and maintaining the smooth running of the outpatient areas.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with
 * Good IT skills and the ability to prioritize your workload.
 * Experience in administration and excellent communication and organisational skills.
 * Ability to use your own initiative, be flexible and work independently.
 * Enjoyment of working with others to provide a first class service.
Personal development will be encouraged through in‑house training and yearly appraisals.
