We're looking for a Supply Chain Transformation Manager on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to spearhead the alignment and transformation of supply chain processes across our Meals category. This is a strategic leadership role focused on harmonising planning, procurement, logistics, inventory, and people processes to create a more agile, resilient, and cost‑effective supply chain. You’ll lead transformation initiatives that embed best practices, common frameworks, and systems across multiple sites. From developing S&OP processes to driving cross‑site projects and building capability, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering operational excellence and long‑term value.
Responsibilities
* Lead transformation projects to standardise and optimise end‑to‑end supply chain processes.
* Design and implement operating models, governance, and performance frameworks.
* Drive cross‑functional initiatives that improve efficiency and integration.
* Develop and own the S&OP process for the category.
* Build capability and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Represent supply chain in strategic forums and influence decisions at category and group level.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in change management and transformation within supply chain.
* Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at all levels.
* Expertise in supply chain systems and technology (including Tableau, Qlik).
* Strategic planning and decision‑making experience.
* Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver complex projects.
