To match our ambitions, we’re building a new, agile marketing function — and we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to be a part of that evolution.
Your mission
Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you'll bring strategic vision and hands-on expertise across brand, campaign, and proposition development. You’ll shape and execute multi-channel campaigns that resonate with segmented audiences — driving awareness, product adoption, and long-term loyalty.
What you'll do
* Lead integrated campaigns that support product launches and brand growth
* Develop powerful, insight-driven propositions for our expanding solution portfolio
* Partner with internal teams and senior leaders to bring campaigns to life
* Ensure brand consistency inside and out as we refresh and relaunch
* Own the annual campaign calendar and guide content creation
* Support lead generation, go-to-market strategy, and high-impact events
* Embrace experimentation to stay ahead of trends and audience expectations
What you bring
* Senior B2B marketing expertise, agency background, ideally from telecoms or tech
* A strategic and creative mindset, with strong campaign planning skills
* Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, transformative environments
* Passion for collaboration, innovation, and driving real-world impact
* Strong brand, campaign and product background
A major part of this role will relate to Small Cells technology and infrastructure. We are looking for someone who can build a plan on how this can be showcased. The messaging, the events that we need to attend, how best to sell it.
Strong Copywriting skills. Working very closely with the Head of New Business to support what they need for all their new customers.
