The Role Were looking for a hands-on Sous Chef who leads from the pass, supports the Head Chef, and keeps service sharp.
This is not a clipboard role. Youll be cooking, running sections, managing prep, and keeping standards tight during busy services.
You must enjoy service. If you dont love the rush, this isnt the place.
What Youll Be Responsible For Supporting the Head Chef in daily operations
Running shifts confidently
Managing prep, sections, and service flow
Maintaining HACCP and hygiene standards
Stock control and ordering support
Mentoring junior chefs
Protecting kitchen culture and team stability
What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Sous Chef, or strong Junior ready to step up
Solid kitchen management knowledge
Confident with HACCP, stock, and running service
Excellent English (Spanish is a plus)
Calm under pressure
Team-first mindset. No egos.
Stability matters to us. We typically look for chefs whove spent around two years or more in recent roles. If your CV shows commitment and growth, youll stand out.
