* Engaging in whole-school CPD and the statutory ECT induction sessions
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Currently working towards or recently completed Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A strong academic background with a degree in Mathematics or a related STEM field
* The ability to break down complex mathematical concepts for learners of all abilities
* High expectations for pupil engagement, behaviour, and progress
* A collaborative mindset and a willingness to engage with the school's ECT mentor programme
