8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Contract Length: 3 Months

About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a short-term contract. You'll be the first point of contact for customer queries, providing timely and professional support across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and Teams
* Logging and resolving issues efficiently and accurately
* Collaborating with internal teams using Microsoft Teams
* Maintaining up-to-date records and documentation
* Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a customer service role
* Confident using Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
