Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service to our clients.
The position is one shift per week, to be carried out at the weekend for a duration of 3 hours. Timings can be slightly flexible to suit your preference.
This is an employed position which includes 5.6 weeks holiday per year.
Duties
* Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including a café area, restrooms, and communal spaces.
* Sweep, vacuum & mop floors to maintain a clean environment.
* Clean and sanitise surfaces & fixtures
* Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the appropriate personnel.
* Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and well-maintained.
* Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests promptly and courteously.
* Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of work.

* Proficient in English with strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
* Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and a positive attitude at all times.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
