This is a mainly yard-based role with occasional customer site visits. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and service generators for the hire fleet Repair generators on-site as required Assist with loading/unloading equipment in the yard Drive forklifts in the yard (training provided if required) Deliver and collect generators and ancillary equipment using company vehicles Participate in the on-call rota as needed Synchronise generators on site when required Maintain safe, tidy workspaces and comply with Health & Safety standards Follow ISO 9001 procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Skills & Experience: Qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Diesel Fitting, or Plant (City & Guilds, BTEC, NVQ, or equivalent) OR completed apprenticeship in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering OR proven experience servicing diesel generators or maintaining plant machinery Strong fault-finding and communication skills Forklift licence preferred Apply If this role is of interest, please click apply to send your CV or if you have any questions contact Kirk at (phone number removed)
