The Role
As Executive Head Chef, you will:
5. Lead the kitchen and hand-roll counter with confidence and charisma
6. Be the driving creative force behind the menu and execution
7. Deliver flawless hand-rolled sushi with consistency, precision, and flair
8. Set the tone, standards, and culture of the restaurant
9. Engage with guests and bring energy, personality, and presence to the counter
10. Help establish this opening as a must-visit destination from day one
About You
You are:
11. A true sushi and hand-roll expert with proven experience at a high level
12. Deeply passionate about Japanese ingredients, technique, and simplicity
13. Confident working in an open kitchen / counter-style environment
14. Charismatic, calm under pressure, and proud to be front-of-house facing
15. Obsessed with quality, detail, and the guest experience
16. Excited by the idea of building something new and being part of its story
