Housing Support Worker
Permanent position. 37.5 hours per week. £27,500 per annum.
Housing support worker to support vulnerable people in the Stratford area, visiting properties, assisting tenants at risk of homelessness, substance abuse, or mental health issues.
Responsibilities
* Provide person‑centred 1:1 support, creating and reviewing individual support plans to help residents achieve personal goals and promote positive behaviours.
* Offer guidance and advocacy across housing, health, welfare and related areas, supporting residents to make informed choices.
* Work in partnership with internal teams and external agencies, including mental health and housing services, to meet residents' needs effectively.
* Maintain accurate records, contribute to meetings, and comply with organisational policies, legal requirements, and best‑practice standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
* Enhanced DBS (essential).
