THE EXCITING OPPORTUNITY
We have opened the first 5* Hotel in Liverpool, The Municipal Hotel & Spa MGallery, and are seeking a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our Commercial Team, reporting to the Commercial Director Sales and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
* Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other reporting platforms.
* Create, curate, and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media.
* Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
* Manage social media platforms and grow audience engagement.
* Collaborate with content creators and other teams to ensure brand consistency.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
* Generate reports and provide insights to improve campaign performance.
* Lead menu updates in partnership with the operations team, delivering seamless launches supported by strategic, aligned marketing plans.
* Drive innovative initiatives to promote and optimize spaces, creating unique and engaging event experiences in partnership with the operational team.
Required Skills And Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role – 3+ years.
* Strong understanding and proven ability to manage SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
* Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
* Proven experience in website management, including CMS configuration (e.g., WordPress), HTML/CSS updates, SEO optimization, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
* Demonstrated experience working within established brand requirements, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Creativity and problem‑solving skills.
* Experience leading and developing a team.
