Executive Assistant (Part Time)
Location: Bank Street, Canary Wharf (Hybrid - 2 days onsite)
Contract: 3-month rolling
JP Morgan is seeking a part time Executive Assistant for a 3-month rolling contract in London. Based within the CIB, the role involves providing a range of secretarial and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have core EA experience in investment banking to succeed in the role.

What Youll Do
* Advanced, proactive diary management for internal/external clients, including meeting coordination via Zoom, telepresence, and conference calls.
* Handle complex travel logistics (flights, trains, VISAs, accommodation, ground transport) within policy, managing frequent short‑notice changes and preparing itineraries.
* Oversee business expenses in partnership with off‑shore team, handling reimbursements, personal amounts, and monies owing.
* Expert in internal systems (Concur, eSource, Travel Portal, iMeet/iMemo, Concierge, Zoom, OMD, FTC) for accurate data entry and functionality.
* Integrate into business operations, understanding group priorities, fostering teamwork, flexibility, and providing backup coverage for CIB group assistants.
* Perform general admin duties (room bookings, filing, photocopying, faxing, stationery, business cards) while embodying strong team ethic.
