Our client has a truly exceptional career opportunity for a candidate with strong Joint venture property management, and ideally banking sector experience to progress a career within the Operations and Finance department of a highly entrepreneurial and successful property development company.
As the Finance and Operations Officer, your role will provide exposure to the following:
* Management of the company's Joint venture projects
* Liaising with the Finance Director to monitor and maintain cashflow
* Work alongside the property finance team to assist with the mezzanine and equity loans for property development
* Liaise with the operations Manager on all finance and refinance arrangements.
* Work closely with the family office for all new business opportunities
* Ad-hoc tasks delegated from the operations manager.
You will very likely be working within the banking sector, and will have gained significant experience with the management of Joint Ventures.
