Information Technology Support Engineer
We are seeking a hands-on IT Support Engineer to assist with ongoing integration projects following a recent acquisition. This role will be based full-time at the Bournemouth office, supporting approximately 40 on-site users and collaborating closely with senior stakeholders.
Location: On-site – Bournemouth, Dorset
Contract: 6 months (potential for extension or permanent transition)
Start Date: January 2026 (flexible for earlier start)
Schedule: 5 days per week on-site, with occasional remote flexibility (1–2 days/week)
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day user support and resolve IT issues promptly.
* Support senior leadership with technical requests and system access.
* Participate in office refit projects and new hardware installations.
* Manage server decommissioning and configuration of replacement systems.
* Oversee mailbox and mobile phone migrations.
* Set up and distribute new iPhones to users.
* Create and maintain internal IT knowledge base articles.
* Proven experience supporting iOS devices and managing Intune MDM.
* Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticket management and trend tracking.
* Solid understanding of standard IT infrastructure, networks, and user support environments.
* Experience working with Windows-based laptops and systems (no Mac users).
* Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
