The Role: As a Sales Development Representative, you step into a telephone sales position designed for the digital era, with all the benefits of working from home. Day to day you will be making a high volume of outbound new business calls, you will qualify leads, and liaise with our digital marketing consultants. Our commission program is uncapped to help you maximise your earning potential, and with clear career progression plans you can look ahead to the future. To be successful in this role, we're looking for individuals who:
15. Are motivated by targets and KPIs and can consistently provide exceptional customer service
16. Can demonstrate experience in sales roles from a home-based setup
17. Showcase proficiency in cold calling.
18. Are goal-driven and determined to succeed
19. Have experience in advertising or digital media sales (advantageous)
20. Are capable of working independently, taking the initiative to drive results
21. Will be a brand ambassador
22. Who are good communicators across a mix of platforms. (Video calls, email, telephone etc)
23. Will work with the wider teams to ensure the customer has a seamless journey.
24. Can adhere to company policies and procedures.
