The Role
As an Online Retail Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day running of our eBay store and help keep things running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
* Creating and optimising product listings (titles, descriptions, photos, item specifics)
* Conducting market research and price analysis
* Monitoring stock levels and updating inventory
* Supporting promotions and sales campaigns
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you:
* Are confident using computers, eBay and other online platforms (experience with eBay or other e-commerce platforms is a bonus)
* Have good written and verbal communication skills
* Are organised, reliable, and able to work independently
* Have an eye for detail (especially when writing product descriptions or analysing data)
* Bring a positive, friendly attitude to the team
What We Offer
* Part-time role: 2 days per week (flexible scheduling), 9am - 5pm
* Temporary contract (approximately 2 months) with the possibility of a permanent role
