They are seeking a Serious Injury Lawyer to join their team working on behalf of claimants affected by personal injury. As a Serious Injury Lawyer, you will: Manage a caseload of multi-track personal injury Assist senior fee earners with high value/catastrophic injury Supervise and provide feedback to paralegals and trainees. Deliver outstanding client service in line with our core values. Maintain accurate records using our case management system. Resolve client issues proactively and negotiate solutions. Contribute to business development and enhance the firm's reputation. Build and develop professional networks in the local region. What they are looking for: Strong experience in personal injury law ( claimant side preferred). Fast-track and multi-track experience. Excellent client care and negotiation A self-motivated team player with a passion for justice. Ability to work flexibly and travel within the UK when required. Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (1-3 PQE) with a full driving licence and own car. Why join them?
