Medicines By Mailbox Digital Ltd is expanding, and we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Laboratory Scientist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform laboratory testing in accordance with SOPs and quality standards
* Ensure accurate sample processing and result reporting
* Maintain laboratory equipment and oversee calibration procedures
* Support quality management systems and compliance requirements
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintain precise documentation in line with regulatory and accreditation standards
Requirements:
* Degree in Biomedical Science, Clinical Science, or related discipline
* HCPC registration (if applicable)
* Experience working within a regulated laboratory environment
* Strong understanding of quality systems and accreditation standards
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Desirable:
* Experience within a UKAS-accredited laboratory
* Knowledge of ISO 15189 or equivalent standards
* Experience in diagnostic or screening environments
Renumeration £12.50 -£20 per hour depending on experience.
The role is flexible hours to suit.
You will have clinical registration and experience with quality control and compliance in a Laboratory setting so to contribute to this start up and maintain high standards for clients results.
