We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Ride On Roller Operator (minimum 2 years experience) to join our clients teams on busy civil engineering and construction projects in Newark The ideal candidate will be confident operating a ride-on roller machine to compact soil, stone, tarmac and other materials to required specifications.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate a ride-on roller to compact materials for roadworks, groundwork, and other construction-related tasks
*
Carry out pre-start and daily checks on machinery
*
Work efficiently alongside groundworkers and other site operatives
*
Ensure health & safety standards are met at all times
*
Maintain good communication with site supervisors
Requirements:
* Valid CPCS or NPORS Ride-On Roller ticket
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Full PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots)
* Good work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
* Reliable and punctual
* CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
