Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team. Duties

Experience
Proven supervising experience within a busy restaurant or hospitality setting
Extensive food production and culinary experience across various cuisines
Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse groups of staff
Demonstrable expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation skills
In-depth knowledge of kitchen safety standards and food hygiene regulations
Previous restaurant experience with a focus on high-quality service delivery
Experience serving customers directly is advantageous but not essential; however, understanding hospitality operations is important
Leadership qualities with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
