What we’re looking for:
• A kind, calm and respectful approach
• Willingness to live in during your rota
• Right to work in the UK (we cannot provide sponsorship)
• Good communication and a positive, person-focused attitude
Experience is helpful but not essential. Many of our carers join from non-care backgrounds and thrive with our support and training.
