Sometimes the people we support really need a male or female person to support them. For this particular role, a female colleague is required. This is a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality Act 2010.
No experience? No problem! If you’ve got the right attitude, we’ll give you the skills. Whether you’re a seasoned support superstar or just starting out, we welcome you with open arms. Ready to be someone’s everyday hero? Cape not required – just kindness, energy, and a love for people.
