* Work on-site with institutional clients to understand their intelligence and portfolio needs, then build and ship solutions in days, not quarters
* Integrate Mithril into client environments — connecting to internal portfolio systems, data feeds, and compliance frameworks
* Translate complex client problems into platform capabilities that feed back into the core product
* Act as the technical face of Galveston, building trust with senior stakeholders across trading desks, risk teams, and C-suites
* Collaborate closely with our core engineering and intelligence teams to close the gap between what clients need and what the platform delivers
What we're looking for:
* Strong full-stack engineering skills (Python, TypeScript, React, Neo4j or graph databases a plus)
* Comfort working autonomously in high-pressure, client-facing environments
* The ability to context-switch between deep technical work and senior stakeholder conversations
* Prior experience in fintech, defence tech, or enterprise SaaS is a strong advantage
* A bias toward shipping — you'd rather deploy something imperfect on Friday than perfect in three months
