Transactional Finance Team Manager - Interim Spencer Clarke Group are working closely with a Local Authority in the East Midlands to appoint an Interim Transactional Finance Team Manager to lead key areas of the Council's financial services function. This is a leadership assignment focused on overseeing end-to-end transactional finance operations, driving process improvements, and ensuring strong financial controls across the organisation.
