HR Business Partner – Permanent – Hybrid – £60,000
We have a rare & exciting opportunity for a HRBP to join a leading organisation where you will have responsibility for both Talent & HR business partnering. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will have accountability for partnering with their head office teams including Finance, IT & Marketing, as well as leading on talent management & development across the company.
This is a hybrid role where you will be needed onsite 2 days a week.
What you will be doing
* Providing business partnering support in areas such as (HR changes, HR projects, complex ER support, line management support, advice & training)
* Manage talent & succession planning activities across the company
* Lead on the performance management cycle
* Support with reporting & providing talent insights

* Proven HR business partnering experience, ideally gained within a corporate environment
* Strong ER knowledge
* Talent management experience (succession planning/performance management)
* Excellent stakeholder & communication skills
