With over a decade of experience, we have built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional results for our hotel partners. We are now in an exciting growth phase and are seeking a dynamic, results-driven MICE Sales Manager to join our team and make a real impact.


Role Description

This is a high-energy, full time, proactive role for someone who thrives on winning business, exceeding targets, and building strong relationships. You will drive new MICE revenue, represent our portfolio at events, and arrange and host FAM trips and events across our hotel partners. Your work will directly contribute to the growth and success of our hotels and our company.


Key Responsibilities

* Proactively generate new MICE business and convert opportunities into confirmed bookings.
* Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with event agencies and corporate planners, leveraging your existing contacts in the market.
* Represent Vine Tree and our partners at high-profile industry events, networking functions, and sales calls.
* Deliver compelling and memorable presentations that showcase our hotel partners and drive results.
* Arrange and host FAM trips and events across our portfolio to give agencies first hand experience of our hotels.
* Act as a brand ambassador, raising the profile of Vine Tree and our partner hotels.
* Track, analyse, and report on performance to ensure measurable outcomes.


About You

* Minimum 3 years of proven success in MICE sales within hotels, venues, or representation in the UK Market.
* Highly proactive, ambitious, driven, and results oriented.
* Strong industry network with established contacts among event planners and agencies, and the ability to leverage these effectively.
* Commercially savvy with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
* Energetic, confident communicator who can inspire clients and colleagues.
* Accessible, responsive, and dependable, able to manage client needs and opportunities efficiently.
* Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car for client visits and events.
* Comfortable working independently from home while delivering exceptional results.
* Be based in the UK and have adequate facilities to be based remotely.


Salary & Perks

* Competitive base salary: £36,000 – £40,000 per year, depending on experience.
