The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating training bookings that are delivered through external providers - ensuring everything runs smoothly from initial enquiry to final certification. Key Responsibilities In this varied and rewarding role, you will: Work closely with the Commercial Manager, Sales Team, and approved suppliers to source and coordinate external training courses. Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and telephone enquiries. Manage a busy schedule of training requests, sourcing dates from approved suppliers and ensuring all bookings are accurately logged on the CRM system. Oversee certification processes, ensuring all training outcomes are processed and recorded correctly. Handle a range of administrative duties, including updating customer LMS systems, conducting satisfaction surveys, and producing customer reports. Build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and training partners, ensuring a professional and reliable service at all times. Support the Sales Team and Commercial Manager to ensure all contractual and service-level commitments are met. Monitor service delivery quality, logging and escalating any issues or feedback as appropriate. Develop and maintain knowledge of a wide range of training courses, such as driver training, first aid, gas safety, electrical, road surfacing, CPCS, and Health & Safety training. Youll be organised, professional, and comfortable liaising with both customers and suppliers at all levels. Key Skills & Experience: Strong administration and coordination experience, ideally within training, learning & development, or logistics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. High attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and documentation. Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively. Confident working with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools.
