Head of Operations
Location: Hybrid (with regular site visits across the UK)
Salary: up to £90,000 + package
We are partnering with a high-growth, hospitality brand to appoint a Head of Operations who can lead the next phase of expansion across the UK and beyond. The Role
As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across a growing portfolio of sites, ensuring consistent delivery of service excellence, strong financial performance, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with the founder and wider leadership team to shape and deliver a scalable operational model that supports ambitious national growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire multi-site operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive commercial performance.
* Ensure operational consistency, compliance, and brand standards are maintained across all sites.
* Own P&L accountability, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across all locations.
* Identify and implement systems, processes, and structures to support rapid and sustainable growth.
* Support site openings, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and mobilisation.
* Champion a positive team culture and develop succession plans to support long-term talent development.
* Work with cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Product, Finance, Supply Chain) to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
* Use data and insights to inform operational strategy and decision-making.
* Act as a senior leader in the business, influencing strategy and acting as a trusted partner to the founder.
About You
* Proven experience leading operations in a fast-growing, multi-site hospitality or retail environment.
* A hands-on, people-first leader with strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of operational excellence.
* Track record of scaling operational infrastructure in high-growth environments.
* Comfortable working at pace with high levels of autonomy and accountability.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Data-led decision maker with a continuous improvement mindset.
