Candidate Profile:
This role suits an experienced marketer who can blend authentic storytelling with a passion for sailing and boating. The position offers high autonomy to drive the brand forward across all marketing aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
o Develop and implement the company's overarching marketing vision and strategy.
o Align marketing initiatives with business objectives to drive growth and profitability.
2. Brand Management:
o Enhance and improve the company's brand identity and market presence.
o Lead creative campaigns and storytelling to resonate with target audiences.
3. Digital Marketing and Analytics:
o Oversee digital marketing strategies, including social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
o Utilize data analytics to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies.
4. Team Management:
o Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
o Foster cross-department collaboration for consistent messaging.
5. Market Research:
o Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors.
o Identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Partner with product development, sales, and finance teams to align marketing efforts.
