Your role will balance people leadership, technical expertise, and commercial awareness. You'll be involved in everything from site visits and audits to client meetings, mentoring managers, improving systems, and supporting new contract mobilisation.

* Delivering electrical services safely, compliantly, and to a high standard
* Building motivated, capable teams
* Making sure contracts perform well operationally and financially
* Being a trusted point of contact for clients and internal teams
* Improving how things are done and helping shape the future of the department

* Have strong electrical and compliance knowledge, and like being a technical point of reference
* Want a role with responsibility, influence, and long-term progression
* Are comfortable balancing site presence, office leadership, and client engagement
* Take pride in standards, safety, and delivering a great service
Your background will likely include:
* Experience as an Electrical Manager or a senior electrical leadership role
* Social housing, planned maintenance, or refurbishment experience
* Managing both site-based and office teams
* Ownership of KPIs, compliance, and contract performance
* A confident, professional communication style
Essential qualifications:
* ECS card
* SMSTS
* First Aid at Work
* Leadership/Management qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 5 or equivalent)
* Asbestos Awareness
* Full, clean UK driving licence
What you'll get in return:
* 23 days of holiday per year, excluding Bank Holidays (+ get more days with length of service)
* Up to £2,000 reward for successful recommendations as part of our referral scheme
* Significant savings on daily shopping through our benefits portal
* A welcoming office, snacks, beverages, friendly colleagues and team socials throughout the year
* A supportive culture and a great team with exceptional talent and experience
* Trained Mental Health First Aiders support
