Main Responsibilities Will Include
* Carry out polymer synthesis and purification using established laboratory methods
* Prepare, clean, and calibrate glassware and equipment before and after production
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment in laboratory and production areas
* Record production activities accurately in batch documentation and logs
* Support equipment maintenance in collaboration with engineering staff
* Monitor and manage stock levels of raw materials and solvents with the planning team
* Handle hazardous waste disposal in line with safety and environmental procedures
* Assist with process improvements, scale-up activities, and validation of manufacturing methods.

* Interested in pursuing a career in chemistry and manufacturing while earning a degree
* Comfortable working in a laboratory or production environment with hands-on tasks
* Able to follow detailed procedures and maintain high standards of cleanliness and accuracy
* Confident working as part of a team and communicating clearly with colleagues
* Motivated to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a purpose-driven production process
* Aware of the importance of safety, quality, and compliance in a regulated setting.
