What you'll be doing: * Coordinate a technical team focused on data and automation * Design and deliver automation and data engineering solutions * Build data pipelines, ETL processes and develop RPA workflows * Drive efficiency programmes, tracking and demonstrating impact * Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for smarter working * Translate technical concepts into clear recommendations for decision-makers Essential Skills: * Experience in automation tooling (RPA, Power Automate, APIs) and/or data engineering (ETL, SQL, Python, data pipelines) * Experience with data platforms (Azure, AWS, Power BI, Tableau or similar) * Ability to deliver technical solutions that generate measurable results * Strong communication skills with non-technical audiences Desirable: * Experience with AI/ML tools or cloud platforms * Team leadership, coaching or mentoring experience Why this role?
