Who we are:
Cambian Beverley School is an independent, DfE-registered, co-educational day school, providing specialist education for up to 16 students, aged 9-18 years with ongoing social, emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH).
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
* Supervise and support students in the classroom and community settings.
* Assist teachers in planning learning activities.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with staff and students.
* Encourage and motivate students to learn and develop.
* Demonstrate good communication skills, including clarifying and explaining instructions.
* Support students in small groups and on a 1-2-1 basis.
* Help students participate in learning activities according to their needs.
* Produce accurate and timely reports/records.
* Assist students in accessing the national curriculum, focusing on literacy and numeracy skills development.
