Responsibilities
* Managing an active personal caseload of Employee Benefits renewals
* Ensuring sales targets and conversion rates are achieved
* Generating high-quality leads for the Life & Protection team in line with monthly targets
* Following FCA regulations & develop expertise in PMI/ Dental & Cash Plan Benefits
* Keeping up-to-date with insurer products, market updates, & regulatory changes
* Building relationships with Key Account Managers and Healthcare Consultants
Qualifications
* At least 1 year’s experience in a sales role
* A strong negotiator and the ability to notice cross selling opportunities
* A passion for providing quality client care and successfully delivering results
* Strong customer service focus with a drive to exceed targets
* Great written & communication skills and can adjust to different types of customers
* Previous experience in an FCA regulated business would be an advantage

Salary up to £27,000, plus:
