Monday – Friday: 9am - 5:30pm
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Flexibility may be required for home-working days based on business needs.

As a Sales Operations Coordinator you will…
1. Dealing with incoming customer (internal and external) requests via email and phone
2. Collaborate with the Sales and Sales Operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service
3. Manage and track sales opportunities through to completion
4. Process contracts accurately and efficiently
5. Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing helpful, timely assistance
6. Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and internal team members
7. Logging and tracking sales requests and orders on internal systems
8. Other administration duties to ensure the smooth running of the Sales Operations department
In order to set you up for success we are looking for the following skills;
1. Experience in a customer service, sales support, or administrative role
2. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
4. A want to learn
5. Great communication and interpersonal skills
6. No prior experience in sales required
