Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager within the Automotive Parts Industry to join our team. Duties
* Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company objectives.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support business development efforts.
* Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyse sales data.
* Prepare reports on business development activities, market trends, and competitive analysis for management review.
* Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and expand professional connections.
Requirements
* Proven experience in business development or sales roles, within the Automotive industry.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing tactical plans to drive growth.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
