The Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a small, boutique consultancy who work alongside high profile private clients within the luxury, high end residential sector - with projects across London and the home counties.
The Director who oversees the Quantity Surveying team is seeking a professional, client facing Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable dealing with clients and delivering projects, pre and post contract, as well as doing the CA/EA work too.
The Quantity Surveyor
Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
High end residential project experience would be preferable
Consultancy / cost management QS experience
Comfortable delivering a QS/CA roleIn Return?
