We are looking for a Residents Finance Assistant to join the team at Parkview, Uxbridge.
Working 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, you will be supporting the managing and maintaining of Clients money accounts. Duties included are:
Processing of payment to and on behalf of Residents
Dealing with payments to Residents from external organisations and families
Creating and closing of CMS accounts for Residents
Payment of supplier invoices and reimbursement from Residents’ CMS accounts
Daily Cash Allocation from RBS to individual Resident’s CMS bank Accounts
Weekly Payment of Personal Allowance to Residents
Weekly reconciliation of Residents bank accounts
Dealing with internal and external queries
Ensuring that all CMS activities comply with audit regulations.
Reconciliation of Residents’ personal contribution fees to councils
Email service users’ monthly bank statements to the services
Monthly completion of client contribution fees to Sales Ledger Account
