We have a fantastic opportunity for a Learning and Development Manager to join our award-winning Rapport Learning and Development team. The successful candidate will hold the job title of Learning and Engagement (L&E) Manager. This operational role focuses on delivering in-person learning and engagement.You will work closely with frontline and leadership teams to build strong connections and promote a culture of service excellence and inclusion. Your time will be split between two key areas - supporting Rapport's core learning strategy, and leading a collaborative L&E programme with one of our flagship clients. While there is a consultancy element, the focus is on connecting with people in their work environments.You will deliver impactful workshops, create engaging learning experiences, and coach leaders to bring out the best in their teams. You will report to the Head of L&D at Rapport and, when working with our client, to the Service Delivery Director (Soft Services).You will collaborate with colleagues across the L&D team, including out Digital Learning Manager, Events & Project Coordinator, Guest Experience Trainers, L&D Business Partners, and Senior L&D Manager.
