Job Description
* Lead and oversee all operational activities across the UK and Ireland
* Shape and deliver strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
* Manage and inspire senior leadership teams to achieve business objectives.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
* Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including customers.
* Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively - P&L responsibility.
