We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Sous Chef to join the team at The High Corner – part of the Butcombe Boutique Inns family.
The High Corner is a beautiful country inn with boutique bedrooms, set deep in the New Forest. Known for fresh, seasonal menus and warm hospitality, it’s a place where guests come to relax, indulge, and feel at home.
As Senior Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to lead the kitchen team, deliver exceptional food, and maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency. You’ll take the lead in service when required, support menu development, and be a role model for junior chefs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Sous Chef ready to take the next step in a premium dining environment.
