HR Systems Administrator (part time) Blisworth, Northampton
£30,000 FTE per annum (£15,000 pro rata), Salary Sacrifice Pension, BUPA Medical Cash Plan, Life Assurance, 22 Days’ Holiday (rising with service)
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR systems professional, looking for a part time opportunity (circa 20 hours per week) who enjoys working at the intersection of people, data and technology within a purpose‑led organisation.

We are now looking for a HR Systems Administrator to join our office based People team in Blisworth. This role will take ownership of the day‑to‑day management, optimisation and support of our HR systems landscape, with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring accurate, compliant and efficient HR service delivery.

A little bit more about the role:
As our HR Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the effective day‑to‑day operation of SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the business and its people. You will be involved in:
* Acting as system administrator and subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors
* Managing system configuration, workflows, permissions and user access
* Supporting system updates, testing, releases and upgrades
* Troubleshooting system issues and coordinating resolutions with internal teams and external providers
* Providing first‑line support for wider HR systems and tools
* Producing regular and ad‑hoc HR reports for divisional and group stakeholders
* Supporting HR data projects, including dashboards, compliance reporting and analytics
* Ensuring high standards of data quality and leading data cleansing activities
* Creating and maintaining system documentation, guidance notes and process materials
* Providing training, guidance and system support to HR team members and system users
* Providing cover and support for payroll administration as required
You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across HR, Payroll and IT, helping ensure our HR technology supports efficient, compliant and user‑friendly people processes.

We’re looking for someone who brings strong HR systems expertise, attention to detail and a proactive mindset. You’ll ideally have:
Essential
* Proven experience administering SAP SuccessFactors, ideally across multiple modules
* A good understanding of HR processes, data flows and system configuration
* Experience resolving system issues and supporting user queries
* Confidence producing HR reports and working with HR data
* Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders
Desirable
* Experience with Power BI or an interest in developing HR reporting and analytics capability
* Experience supporting multiple HR systems or system integrations
* Knowledge of data protection and privacy principles (e.g. GDPR)
* Experience working in a multi‑divisional or group organisation
