Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee the daily operations of the café, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
•Manage and motivate staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
•Handle inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring the café is fully stocked.
•Implement company policies and procedures to maintain quality and consistency.
•Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
•Ensure the café maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
What We’re Looking For:
•Experience in the coffee or hospitality industry, with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
•Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
•A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, eager to contribute to the growth of a new and emerging brand.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
•Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
