Experience required:
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
* Between 2-5 years’ PQE in Corporate M&A gained at a leading firm.
* Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
* Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
