Job Summary
To provide comprehensive administrative support and to manage and coordinate the administrative and ancillary support functions, ensuring the most efficient and effective use of resources.
The post holder will have line management responsibility for administration, clerical, and support staff, and will oversee the validation of all reports regarding data quality and completeness.
Responsible for ensuring all local and national targets are met and for flagging any issues that arise.
Main Duties
1. Ensure all systems and processes are adequate and effective in ensuring all service users are received, treated, and discharged within nationally and locally agreed timeframes.
2. Greet all service users in a patient-focused manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
3. Implement systems to follow up or discharge patients who do not attend, according to clinical advice.
4. Ensure adherence to relevant Trust policies and procedures.

Person Specification
Qualifications and Experience - Essential
* 5 GCSE passes including English and Maths
Desirable
* Experience in an administrative role within a clinical setting
Management Experience
* At least 2 years of management experience
Additional Desirable Skills
* Familiarity with EPR system
* IT qualification
