Senior Veterinary Surgeon - Small Animal

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident clinician who enjoys hands-on veterinary work while also playing a key role in mentoring colleagues, supporting the team, and helping to shape the future of the practice.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality veterinary care in both consultations and surgery
* Support, mentor, and inspire junior vets and nurses
* Work alongside the management team to maintain clinical standards and protocols
* Lead by example with clear, compassionate communication
* Contribute to the growth and ongoing success of the practice
This role is ideal for either an established Senior Vet or a confident Veterinary Surgeon looking to step into a leadership position.
Rota & Work-Life Balance
* 40-hour working week, with Saturday mornings on a shared rota (time off in lieu)
* No out-of-hours or on-call
* Flexible rota patterns available to support your work-life balance
